    Prime Minister Haider Abadi announced the decision to cancel the previous administration of Najaf airport and return flights to the airport. 

    Al-Abbadi's office said in a press statement that the Prime Minister met with a delegation of Najaf residents and listened to their demands and pointed to the importance of the real demands, pointing out that "there are those who want sabotage in order to retreat economically Najaf and not to the businessmen and investors." Support for "peaceful demonstration and expression of opinion and hear the demands to be the performance of the state is sound and serves the citizens," according to the statement and 

    drew a decision to cancel the previous administration of Najaf airport and returned flights to the airport. 

    According to the statement, "discuss the demands of the people of Najaf in terms of electricity, water, agriculture, employment opportunities, health and other demands and find solutions to them."

    The Ministry of Transport said Monday that Najaf International Airport will receive 18 flights from various airlines. Transport Minister Kazem Al-Alami told Al-Marabid that his ministry is seeking to provide all facilities for the movement of aircraft to Najaf airport.
