"The Central Committee, during its daily meetings held under the chairmanship of the judge representing the Supreme Judicial Council and members of the Ministries of Finance, Justice, Interior and the High Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as a representative of the victims of terrorism from the Secretariat, General of the Council of Ministers, approved 1650 special treatment of citizens affected their property in Baghdad and the provinces during July 2018.
