[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD, Jan 11 (KUNA) - The Central Committee of the Central Committee for the Compensation of Persons Affected by Military Operations, Military Mistakes and Terrorist Attacks held a deliberative meeting to discuss the simplification of procedures for promoting the transactions of affected citizens in the liberated governorates.
"The meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Central Committee and the presence of its members and executive director, discussed some legal issues that would simplify the procedures for promoting the transactions of citizens affected their property as a result of military operations and military errors," said an official source in the committee. Discussed the establishment of a mechanism to assess the damage to the property of citizens in the liberated governorates, and the adoption of property support for property located outside the cities and towns in lieu of the disclosure of the surveyor real estate registration, in addition to some legal matters that contribute to simplifying the procedures of completion of the Transactions. "
He added that the head of the Central Committee also met with a number of the committee's staff of legal and auditors to find out some of the legal obstacles facing their work in auditing the transactions of the affected and finding a mechanism to contribute to simplify the completion as soon as possible.
