    The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, on Monday, that the session of parliament on Tuesday, contrary to the Constitution because it is based on the violation of a constitutional, likely to postpone the meeting to another notice in order to resolve the presidential candidate.

    And Tamimi, that "the candidate for the presidency of the Republic must get two thirds of the votes within the parliament in order to be president of the Republic, where it will resolve between the entities by consensus."
