    The Federal Supreme Court responded to the request not to ratify the victory of one of the members of the House of Representatives, and informed the prosecutor that he has the right to object according to the mechanism provided for in Article (52) of the Constitution.
    "The Federal Supreme Court held its session, headed by Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all the judges, and considered a request not to ratify the victory of one of the members of the House of Representatives on the grounds of losing to one of the conditions," spokesman Ayas al-Samuk said in a statement. Membership ".
    He added that "the Federal Supreme Court confirmed in its ruling that the process of ratification on its part on the results of the election was made earlier."
    "The court informed the plaintiff that he has the right to object to the mechanism stipulated in Article (52) of the Constitution, which states: (1) The Council of Representatives shall determine the validity of the membership of its members within thirty days from the date of registration of the objection, Second: The decision of the Council may be appealed to the Federal Supreme Court within thirty days from the date of its issuance.
