    [rtl]Deputy High Nassif, on Saturday, called on Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to change the holders of senior positions in ministries who have spent years in their posts, noting that this will ensure the opportunity to others to renew the artery in those ministries.[/rtl]

    [rtl]"The Prime Minister and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces must change senior officials in all ministries who have spent four years or more in their posts," Nasif said in a statement.[/rtl]

    [rtl]Nassif added that "replacing the owners of senior positions and special grades in ministries, including the ministries of security will ensure the opportunity to others to renew the artery of those ministries," pointing out that "these ministries are in need of catheterization tools are efficient and recognized elements of integrity and professionalism."[/rtl]
