[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Representative Alia Nassif said that the mafias of corruption in the ministries are racing to conclude corrupt contracts openly and without fear of regulatory agencies, because the caretaker government is outside the framework of legal accountability.
She explained in a statement today: "The corrupt contracts in the ministries are generating fictional profits, and tampering with public money has become easy because the caretaker government is outside the framework of legal accountability because it lacks the job capacity and is not subject to accountability from the highest legislative authority, that is, we parliamentarians have become unable to use Our tools of questioning, interrogation and accountability. "
Nassif continued: "The forbidden gain that some ministries have made them the focus of greedy attention, and they are sold (by dissatisfaction), meaning their private grades are sold individually according to their importance and not in bulk. There is also a race against time within the ministries to conclude contracts with huge sums, indicating that the Ministry of Defense and Education A model for that, and today we are informing the people about the report of the Financial Supervision Bureau regarding the contract concluded between the Ministry of Education and the Iraqi Insurance Company in partnership with the National Land Company in which catastrophic violations were reported.
