    Al-Badairi said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "there are dozens of agents in all institutions and thousands of the rank of director-general and advisers costing budgets billions of dinars without real benefit could be provided to the Iraqi state," noting that "the House of Representatives should and during the current session to work To spur these numbers. " 

    He added that "everyone agreed on the need to reduce these numbers because they affect the federal budget," pointing out that "each of these has an office and the duties and cars and protections and salaries are very frightening."

    Al-Badairi explained that "the previous session that we have collected signatures of more than 120 deputies to issue a parliamentary resolution to review the special grades and the establishment of controls and criteria in their selection and the maximum period of work, for eight or four years as is the case in the grades of the military institution, Any squad leader on his site for more than two years and then transferred to another band, and we will work in the current session also on this matter. 

    He added that "Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi promised during the voting session on his ministerial cabinet and his government program to change the agents and directors-general and the resolution of agencies in the independent bodies within a period of three months, which we hope to achieve and we will support him with all strength," criticizing " Their positions for years like a farm for them and although they do not have the experience and efficiency as they did not provide anything serves the citizen throughout their presence in their positions.
