The British newspaper The Independent on Thursday published an extensive article for the newspaper's correspondent, Truo, in the Middle East, which focused on reports on the return of Prince Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz al Saud, brother of King Salman to Saudi Arabia.
Trouw quotes sources as saying that the prince, who was temporarily living in London, had suddenly returned toRiyadh to conduct high-level talks in the Kingdom because of a crisis of killing Khashaki and the pressures faced by the Crown Prince.

Prince Ahmed, who she described as al-Qawi, will hold talks within the royal family that may be related to the state of the Covenant in particular, where members of the angry royal family see Prince Salman as the best potential candidate for the crown prince.
Trout says US President Donald Trump and other officials doubt that the 33-year-old Saudi crown prince and the country's de facto ruler are involved in Khashoggi's assassination and suggest other Western leaders appear to have provided security guarantees to Prince Ahmed to return to Riyadh.
Sources close to the royal family pointed out that Prince Ahmed, the only surviving brother of King Salman, met his two brothers from Prince Muqrin and Prince Talal at the family home in Riyadh.
"A family from the royal family in Saudi Arabia will meet in the coming days to discuss the political situation and the future of the kingdom.
Trouw added that the prince, who did not say his name, suggested that the family might decide to reinstate the powers of the Allegiance Council, which was responsible for choosing the Saudi crown prince until his powers were disbanded in 2012 before Salman was appointed crown prince during the reign of the former king Abdullah.
