The source said, that in spite of the quorum needed to hold the meeting in the presence of [175] deputies, but the committees called for the law to hold a meeting prior to the hearing to complete the final version of the law in preparation for approval. "
The House of Representatives had decided earlier in the day to hold its meeting at one o'clock in the afternoon instead of at 11:00.
