AMMAN - The fact that Iraqis with Iranian characteristics are banned from entering Jordan has been clarified
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday denied the entry of Iraqis with Iranian features into their country.
Spokesman for the ministry and expatriate affairs Ambassador Majid al-Qatarna said in a statement that "what some media reported about the Jordanian authorities preventing Iraqis with Iranian entry visas on their passports from entering the kingdom."
He added that "this news rumor is baseless and unfounded," noting that "Jordan does not put any restrictions on the Iraqi brothers when they visit their second country."
