"The Authority for the Welfare of People with Disabilities and Special Needs in the Ministry has launched a new batch of full-time salary for civilians and military personnel in nine governorates (Salah al-Din, Kirkuk, Diyala, Babylon, Karbala and Najaf, And Maysan, Dhi Qar and Muthanna) after their inclusion in Law No. (38) for the year 2013 and completion of all the procedures required for inclusiveness.
