[rtl]The British newspaper The Times published Tuesday an article by Tom Parfitt entitled "Russia is returning 27 orphans from Caliphs to the country."[/rtl]

[rtl]The author said that a group of 27 children of elements of the "Daash" were transferred to Russia on government aircraft.[/rtl]

[rtl]Children between the ages of 4 and 13 lived with their mothers in a prison in Baghdad and were said to be traumatized by the circumstances in which they had lived in the war, and many had lost their parents as a result of the fighting.[/rtl]

[rtl]The children arrived at the airport after several months of negotiations led to their release and were transferred to hospitals to conduct medical examinations for them, according to the author of the article.[/rtl]

[rtl]The children will be handed over to their relatives or adopted by pre-selected families, he said, adding that many of these children are believed to be from northern Kakos in southern Russia where 4,500 people are believed to have left for Syria and Iraq over the past years.[/rtl]

[rtl]He pointed out that the men who left Russia to participate in the war in Syria and Iraq were accompanied by their wives and children, and some of their children were born under the rule of state organization.[/rtl]

[rtl]"European governments are beginning to think about the possibility of returning these children, but they are often seen as more of a security threat than a victim," the author of the Crisis Analysis Center Ekaterina Skoreniska said, asserting that Russian President Vladimir Putin said " These children did not choose to be there, so we have no right to leave them. "[/rtl]

[rtl]"If we leave Russian children in the orphanage in the Middle East and in prison, they will become angry and frustrated people from Russia," she concluded.[/rtl]
