Approve the amendment to Resolution No. (391) on the law of public companies

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers approval of the Board to approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs on the amendment of Resolution No. (391) for the year 2013, to be the scope of the effect on the data the financial year ended 31/12/2013.
Added the Office of the media and government communication, quoting the Department of Cabinet Affairs that Council resolution former No. (391) to ensure the amendment of Article (11 / item iv) of the Companies Act No. 22 of 1997 as amended to be share the treasury of the profits of public companies by 25% instead of 45% and the allocation of 20%, which is reduced to a reserve expansions ..
The approval came under Council Resolution No. (99) at its ninth meeting held on 04.03.2014, at the request Matdmenh Audit Court decision that the application for the financial year ended 31/12/2013.
