    planned to Turkish Foreign Minister born Jawish Ihsanoglu, made an official visit to the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Sunday to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues with the country 's officials. 

    According to diplomatic sources in the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Gawishoglu will meet during his visit a number of Iraqi officials, including his counterpart Mohammed Ali al-Hakim . 

    He is expected to deal with Iraqi officials, bilateral relations and cooperation in combating terrorist organizations that threaten the security and safety of the region.

    Javishoglu is scheduled to visit Erbil and Basra , where he will meet with representatives of civil society and officials in the northern Iraqi government .
