    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - 
    Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Zhaoshoglu will visit Iraq on Sunday for an official visit to the capital Baghdad and the provinces of Erbil and Basra. 
    Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Zhaoshoglu is to visit Iraq on Sunday for an official visit to Baghdad, the provinces of Erbil and Basra, Turkish media said. 
    "The visit to Baghdad will include a meeting with his counterpart Mohammed Ali al-Hakim to discuss the Turkish loan of 5 billion dollars for the reconstruction of areas destroyed by the war against Da'ash, in addition to discussing the issue of the PKK with Iraqi officials." 
    "During his visit to Erbil, Oglu will discuss the strengthening of bilateral relations between Turkey and the Kurdistan region, which witnessed a decline after the independence referendum on September 25, 2017," he said.
