322 Iraqi and Arab professors submit 17 government recommendations drawn from 142 scientific papers

The 11th international conference held at Karbala University under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Qusay al-Suhail and in cooperation with the holy sites Husseiniya and Abbasiyah, came out with a set of recommendations that will be presented to decision-makers in the Iraqi government.

Head of the recommendations committee Hashim Marzouk Al-Shammari said that the conference came out with (17) recommendations based on the findings of the research participating in the conference, noting that the first recommendation is to emphasize the importance of having a close link between the universities represented by scientific research centers and holding conferences, seminars and workshops In accordance with the requirements of the public and private sector represented by its research departments concerned and this is through the monitoring of sufficient amounts within the general budget is appropriate to the nature of scientific research.
Al-Shammari added that Al-Shammari stressed that the Ministry of Planning must coordinate with all ministries to develop the necessary plans aimed at finding a kind of compatibility between the outputs of education and the requirements of the labor market. The recommendations stressed the need for public and private institutions to expand the use of multi-variable control and control panels in the process of quality control in industrial and service activities in order to achieve high quality standards prepared by the universities and the need for universities to adopt new organizational structures that are consistent with the nature of their objectives and the government program Manage as Risk Management.
