    BAGHDAD (Reuters) -

The Federal Supreme Court's law gives a preference to Islamic jurisprudents to ensure that the rules of Islam are not opposed to the draft before the House of Representatives, a parliamentary source said on Thursday.

The source said in a statement , "Tomorrow 's Press," that " the Federal Supreme Court , the law is still in the process of discussions after the House of Representatives finished its first reading in accordance with this project , the court consists of seven judges , including President and 4 Vqھa Sharia and 2 of the law experts.

The source added that "The presence of clerics in the Federal Court will give strength to the religious parties hard to activate religious laws against human rights and all religious minorities."
