The Ministry of Justice announced on Tuesday that the Federal Court of Cassation approved the decision of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/95048/%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%AA %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A1][size=13]Karbala Criminal[/url] Court to imprison [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/75723/%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B3%D8%AC%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A]the[/url]former [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/75723/%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B3%D8%AC%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A]director of real estate registration[/url] in Karbala for a period of seven years.
"According to the decision of the Federal Court of Cassation, I found that all the decisions issued by the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/95048/%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%AA %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A1]Karbala Criminal[/url] Court took due account of the provisions of the law after having adopted the sufficient evidence shown by the facts, " Inspector General of the Ministry Bashar Ahmed Mohammed said in a statement received by Baghdad Post. Case investigation and trial. "
"The former director of the Real Estate Registration Department in Karbala (HK) was convicted of the crime of causing intentional damage to the funds and interests of the employer and the money of the people," Mohammed said.
"The decision guarantees that the convicted person will be sentenced to seven years' imprisonment and will be executed in tandem with other rulings issued by the same court, and the injured departments will retain the right to compensation before the civil courts."
