[ltr]Al-Rusafa Criminal Court on Sunday issued a severe prison sentence against the assistant director of real estate registration in Mada'in following a fraud case.[/ltr]
[ltr]In a statement received by Mawazine News, the Supreme Judicial Council's spokesman, Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar, said that "the Rusafa Criminal Court for Integrity Issues issued a severe five-year prison term for the assistant director of real estate registration in Madain."[/ltr]
[ltr]"The decision was issued on the basis of the provisions of article 331 of the Iraqi Penal Code, against the background of the forging of real estate bonds owned by the State and registered in the name of other persons."[/ltr]
