    The US ambassador in Baghdad, Matthew Toller, on Sunday, the volume of funds allocated by his country to help Iraq in a post-urging.

"
    Toller pointed out that there are "450 Iraqis sent annually to the United States for academic exchange in various fields, in addition to the budget of the US Embassy in Baghdad is the largest budget for a US embassy at all and is spent on programs to exchange cultural relations and relations between the two peoples."
