Parliamentary diplomacy has succeeded in building solid partnerships with the world's parliaments and returning to openness to all countries, First Deputy Speaker Hassan al-Kaabi said on Wednesday.
Al-Kaabi said during the closing session of the meeting of the Asian Planning and Budget Committee, according to a statement received (information), "Iraqi parliamentary diplomacy has succeeded during the current period to return again to openness to the world and build solid parliamentary partnerships with parliaments of countries."
