    [ltr]Signed by Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, on Monday, with his Venezuelan counterpart Delsey Rodrigues Gomes, and the Minister of Venezuelan energy Oolckheo del Pino, a cooperation agreement will support diplomatic work between Baghdad and Caracas.[/ltr]

    [ltr]The foreign minister called "the Venezuelan side to the concerted efforts of oil-producing countries to determine the ceiling of production, and to ensure that high oil prices."[/ltr]
