Issawi: Complete the procedures for questioning three ministers

MP Faleh al-Issawi, said the Iraqi government is facing today very challenges and crises at the level of services, security and foreign relations not to mention the difficult circumstances within the regional environment.
He explained that "the government alone is unable to meet those challenges, and therefore the role of the House of Representatives should be present and active in this area."
Al-Issawi added, "Parliament is determined in the second legislative year to address strongly the file of control over the performance of the government in order to evaluate them and without compromise or consideration of some of them."
He pointed out that "files for some ministers are present with some deputies and parliamentary committees and there we believe three files to question the ministers have been completed all the procedures of questioning and will be submitted to the Presidency of the Parliament in order to set a date for questioning."
Issawi stressed that "the supervisory role will not be confined to these interrogations, but there are other roles of hosting, questions and other roles guaranteed by law to the member of parliament."
