Iraq: Importing electricity and gas from the neighborhood is temporary and limited

[rtl]Iraqi Electricity Minister Louay al-Khatib said on Thursday that the import of gas and electricity from neighboring countries is limited and temporary.[/rtl]
[rtl]Khatib said on the sidelines of the World Energy Council conference that "Iraq's import of electricity and gas from neighboring countries is limited in quantity and time."[/rtl]
[rtl]"We are working to achieve self-sufficiency before 2023 once the Ministry of Oil has completed the implementation of strategic projects related to gas, in cooperation with international companies."[/rtl]
