A member of the Board of Commissioners and spokesman for the Independent High Electoral Commission Riad Badran said that the Board of Commissioners in the Electoral Commission decided to grant the founding license to the (Iraqi Justice and Reform Party) to meet the objective and formal conditions required by the Law on Political Parties and Organizations No. 36 of 2015 .
Al-Badran said in a statement received by the Euphrates News, "The Board of Commissioners continues to consider applications for registration of parties that have completed the registration procedures for the purpose of granting the foundation license, calling on political parties that have not completed their procedures to expedite the completion of registration requirements for the purpose of granting the foundation license."
It is noteworthy that the Electoral Commission and through the Department of political parties and organizations receive registration applications for parties that want to participate in the upcoming electoral entitlements.
