BAGHDAD -
The Council of Commissioners in the Electoral Commission, on Monday, granting the founding license of the Iraqi Justice and Reform Party.
A member of the Board of Commissioners and spokesperson for the Commission, Riyad Badran, in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "the Board of Commissioners in the Electoral Commission decided to grant the founding license of the (Justice and Reform Party of Iraq) to meet the objective and formal conditions required by the Law on Political Parties and Organizations No. (36) for the year 2015. '
He added that "the Board of Commissioners continues to consider applications for registration of parties that have completed the registration procedures for the purpose of granting the foundation license," calling on political parties that "have not completed their procedures to expedite the completion of registration requirements for the purpose of granting the foundation license."
It is noteworthy that the Electoral Commission and through the Department of political parties and organizations receive applications for registration of parties that want to participate in the upcoming electoral entitlements.
