Jubouri calls on Mahdi to remove pictures of Iranian leaders

Shafaq News / Deputy for Nineveh province, Ahmed al-Jubouri, on Monday, through a tweet by the Prime Minister to raise the pictures of Iranian leaders in the city of Mosul and the rest of the provinces to preserve the sovereignty of Iraq.
Many images of Iranian military leaders and clerics are scattered in major squares and intersections of major Iraqi cities such as Baghdad, Nineveh and Basra.
Al-Jubouri said that the Prime Minister is obliged to preserve the sovereignty and dignity of Iraq, pointing out the importance of raising the images of Iranian leaders such as Abdul-Mahdi's decision to raise the statue of Lieutenant-General Abdul Wahab al-Saadi, commander of the anti-terrorism forces from Mosul.
Activists from the province of Nineveh confirmed that the leadership of the province's operations prevented them, on Sunday, from unveiling the statue of Saadi recently dismissed from his post.
