During the meeting, Halbousi discussed, according to a meeting issued by his office and received a copy of it, "bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in all fields to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, as well as activating the file of parliamentary cooperation and coordination in international forums and files of common interest."
"The meeting also discussed ways to support the return of displaced people in the liberated areas and to achieve stability," the statement said.
