    Information / Baghdad ..
Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit said on Tuesday that the issue of returning Syria to the League comes mainly from Iraq , pointing to the existence of Arab parties that raised this issue three years ago.
Aboul Gheit said in an interview with the newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" Saudi Arabia and saw it (information), that "there is a proposal from some Arab parties ask when Syria returns and Syria should return to its seat ... This proposal, which comes mainly from Iraq , and sometimes from Lebanon. The reaction has always been that things are not yet mature. This is still prevalent in the Arab context, although Arab countries have re-established relations and reopened embassies with Syria. ”
“The Arab collective will has not yet reached the moment that we have no problem with governance in Syria. So if she wants to return, invite her to her seat. There is an internal Syrian-Syrian conflict: a rule that describes groups as terrorist, and an opposition that says this rule applies a philosophy we do not accept. There are mutual accusations. ”
He continued, that "there was a civil war, and Russia intervened, and the government came close to achieving major military successes until it now controls four fifths of the territory of Syria, there are entire areas not subject to the influence of the government. But this is also not the problem, considering that "the real problem is that the Syrians have not yet agreed on the form of the new constitution; governance; a new way to approach the elections, how they are held, and who participates." Done / 25
