"The nomination of members of the Federal Service Council will be far from political quotas, and will be done by a committee of independents," said Amer al-Fayez, a member of the Fatah congress.
Al-Fayez said in a press statement: "One of the most important decisions and laws that will be adopted in the short period that falls within the new reforms, the designation of members [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/65287/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A]of the Federal Service Council[/url] ."
He added: "The nomination of members [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/65287/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A]of the Federal Service Council[/url] will be far from the nominations of political parties and blocs and will not be subject to political quotas, and will be nominated by a committee of independents."
He explained: "The Commission of Independents called for by the religious authority, which, inter alia, review the election law, will be named by the three presidencies and the judiciary outside the intervention of political parties and blocs."
