The MP for the bloc Abdul Amir al-Dabi in a press statement: "These changes are through the ministers, who are controlled by the blocs and political parties more and more powerful than the Prime Minister."
Al-Dabi said: "The House of Representatives, will have a firm attitude towards the manipulation of ministers to file degrees of appointing and assigning personalities for some positions, without reference to parliament, but even refer to Abdul Mahdi, and make ministries partisan institutions, and not affiliated to the state and government."
