The financial implications of Basra carrying Parliament and planning to merge funding 2014 and 2015

Twilight News/ Basra Governorate Council, Friday, the current Parliament ends its session in accordance with the Constitution on 14 next month all the consequences that would result from the integration of funding fiscal 2014, 2015.
