How did the election law neglect the rights of 10% of the Iraqi people ?!

Member of Parliamentary Commission on Human Rights, Yousra Rajab, declared: "The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/3100/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA][size=13]election law[/url] was passed in the absence of the rights of 10% of the Iraqi people."
Rajab said in a press statement: "A request has been submitted to Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Halbousi to include the four million people with disabilities, who constitute approximately 10% of the Iraqi population, in the Kuta seat."
She added: "The request was attached to the signatures of 75 deputies and was referred to the Legal Committee."
