    Fourth: - The Prime [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Minister-[/url] designate shall present the names of the members of his Ministry and the Ministerial Platform to the House of Representatives, and he shall have the confidence, upon approval of the ministers separately, and the Ministerial Platform, by an absolute majority.
    Fifth: - The President of the Republic assigns another candidate to form the ministry, within fifteen days, in the event that the ministry does not gain confidence.
