The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4308/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%B7%D9%8A%D8%B7]Ministry of Planning[/url] confirmed that the date of conducting [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/81178/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A]the census[/url] is governed by specific times and cannot be submitted, stating: "The date for holding the elections is within the powers of other parties and is not related to conducting the census."
Ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi said in a press statement: "The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/4308/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%B7%D9%8A%D8%B7]Ministry of Planning[/url] did not specify the date for conducting [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/81178/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A]the census[/url] at the end of 2020 in vain, but there is a plan, timings and requirements that must be completed before the census is conducted, and this needs a period of time."
Al-Hindawi added: "The general census of the population cannot be submitted as a date, as it is governed by a specific map and timing times, as the census must be preceded by experiments in the governorates to determine the problems, in addition to the numbering and inventory that must be completed within two months." Noting: "The process of conducting the general census The population will have 150,000 meters in it, which will not have to be well trained and prepared, especially since the census will be electronic, not paper. "
The spokesman said: "The date for holding the elections is not related to the Ministry of Planning, but if the date is set for the elections after the census, then it is possible to benefit from its outputs, but if the elections were held before the census, then the ration card data will be relied upon."
