MoT, US Embassy discuss possibility of inaugurating direct Iraq-US airline

Baghdad (AIN) –The Minister of Transportation, Hadi al-Ameri, hosted the Consul of the US Embassy, Firas Ibraheem, at his office in Baghdad.
The Ministry of Transportation reported in statement received by AIN that ''Ameri hosted the Consul in the US Embassy, who is specialized in transportation affairs and they discussed the mechanisms of developing the Iraqi Airports and the possibility of inaugurating a direct airline between Iraq and the United States of America to contribute in developing the commercial and investment movement by offering the facilities for businessmen willing to invest in Iraq.''
