On Thursday, Representative Youssef Al-Kalabi saw that the Council of Ministers took advantage of the people's preoccupation with demonstrations and today launched a catastrophe.
In a statement, Al-Kalabi said: "The Cabinet and the Minister of Electricity on behalf of the Energy Ministerial Council, despite their invalidity, took advantage of the people's preoccupation with the demonstrations and today they committed the disaster of certifying the fifth round of oil licenses, which is marred by a thousand question marks and a corruption file that we are checking, as the matter was never announced." .
He added: "We in the Integrity Committee have a subcommittee on licensing rounds, which has proven disasters and waste estimated at more than 35 billion dollars."
