The Parliamentary Integrity Committee revealed an appointment[url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1731/%D9%88%D8%B2%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%81%D8%B7] Minister of Oil[/url] 8 general managers for a two-day holiday with a closed meeting that brought the minister together with the director of the administrative department and one of the influential figures in the ministry, indicating that among them was a former isolated general manager due to his inefficiency.
Committee member [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/112224/%D8%AC%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AF %D8%AD%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%A7%D9%86]Jawad Hamdan[/url] said in a press statement that "the oil minister held a closed meeting on Saturday in the ministry with one of the influential figures and responsible for managing the ministry in all its details secretly and the director of the administrative department in the absence of employees."
He added that "the meeting resulted in a deal to suddenly appoint eight general managers without consultations or without any priorities," noting that "issuing an administrative order for them on a holiday in the absence of employees is something that raises many doubts and questions."
He explained that "among them is a director of a division in the ministry who was previously appointed general manager and dismissed from the post due to his inefficiency and lack of experience."
