Baghdad - Mawazine News, the
deputy from Basra Governorate, Uday Awad, warned, on Sunday, that Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi overlooked the entitlement of Basra Governorate in the cabinet, stressing the need for the oil and transportation ministries to be from the people of the province.
Awad said in a statement / Mawazine News / received a copy of it, “If the oil minister and the transportation minister are not chosen exclusively from the people of Basra to be independent experts, we will not vote on the ministerial booth.”
Awwad called on the deputies of Basra to "pressure in this direction", stressing that it is "a ministerial entitlement to Basra and not from anyone." Ended 29 / h
