The head of the National Sind Parliamentary Bloc, Ahmad al-Asadi, affirmed on Tuesday that the martyr Abu Mahdi, the engineer, was keen to balance the state administration among the three components, pointing out that the engineer did not compliment the Kurds and was at the forefront of those who re-imposed the law in Kirkuk.
