    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} I returned to the victory coalition deputy, Ayat Al-Mudhafar. The political blocs are adhering to the formation of the government of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, “a return to the political quota system.”
    Al-Mudhafar told Al-Furat News, a copy of it, that "all political blocs have to give up their entitlement, electoral and partisan entitlement, given that adhering to these entitlements at this critical stage is a re-production of quotas."
    She stressed, "In this interim period, Allawi must be given a chance to choose freely, which success will be counted upon, and any failure to be reckoned with, as this stage is only temporary, and there are early elections that will give the real merit to any political bloc."
    Al-Mudhafar continued, "We are awaiting the launch of Allawi's booth at the next Monday's session. If it is in accordance with the criteria that he has pledged, we will support it. Otherwise, there are constitutional and legal methods and mechanisms that the victory coalition will serve in a timely manner."
    The Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi announced yesterday in a televised speech to the Iraqi people about "an independent government formation for the first time in decades without the participation of candidates of political parties," noting that "this selection was chosen because of the competence and qualifications of their owners in addition to what they have programs It is applicable to cross the country to safety and serve the citizens of all their affiliations, and that this formation will be for all Iraqis and will have their trust through what it will accomplish and after Parliament gives it its confidence. "
    Allawi called "the House of Representatives and members of the Presidency to convene an extraordinary session in order to vote on the granting of confidence to the government on Monday next" .anthy
