expected a member of the House of Representatives, Ikhlas al-Dulaimi, on Sunday, to apologize to the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Allawi for the formation of the government.
Al-Dulaimi said: "I expect the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to apologize for forming the government, for not having reached a final agreement with the Kurdish and Sunni constituents."
She added, "Allawi has not yet reached a final agreement with the main Kurdish and Sunni constituents on moving the government forward."
Al-Dulaimi continued, "We cannot turn a blind eye to the demands of the main partners in the political process, and this is what Allawi did during the period of his discussions." Ended 29 / A 43
