[size=18]The head of the victory coalition, Haider al-Abadi, today, Wednesday, proposed an initiative to resolve the current crisis in the country, calling for the formation of an independent "mini" government not exceeding one year old, with the participation of activists, as well as the formation of joint committees of "demonstrators, UNAMI and the government."

Al-Abadi said, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "We call on all parties for solidarity solutions out of the country, and the need to show wisdom and a spirit of compromise away from narrow interests, high ceilings and risk-taking."

Al-Abadi presented "an initiative to overcome the crisis of confidence and the emptiness of power," explaining that the initiative includes "that the president of the republic assign an independent, efficient and strong figure to head the government within 15 days."

In his initiative, Al-Abadi also proposed, "forming a mini-government to manage the transitional period, provided that it does not exceed one year from the date it assumed responsibility." And confining arms to the state, and bringing the perpetrators of the demonstrators and security forces to justice, and the neutrality of the national decision. "

Al-Abadi affirmed, "The prime minister-in-charge is obliged to form a government away from hateful partisan quotas while preserving the representation of national societal diversity."

Al-Abadi called for "the formation of special committees (tripartite) from the government, the UNAMI and the demonstrators, to supervise the tasks of holding the elections, the investigation committees for killing protesters and security forces, and re-establishing security in the Iraqi governorates."
