He said in a statement that the Victory Coalition confirms the importance of adhering to constitutional contexts and timing with regard to assigning to form a new government, indicating that he is keen to reach national understandings and consensuses to facilitate the paths of forming a new government away from any external guardianship to achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi citizen, especially in this difficult circumstance of Corona epidemic and stifling economic crisis.
