The International Alliance confirms: Concerns about ISIS remain

"We decided to withdraw from our bases in northern Iraq, after the Iraqi forces after 2014 managed to achieve great victories and regain their strength, as they were able to seize the land," Caggins said in a press statement.

He explained, "We have been engaged in dialogue for the past 6 months with the governments of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and the Kurdistan region on the installation of the defense system to address the threats of ISIS, and we are able to fight two wars against ISIS and Koruna at the same time."
He stressed that "we are planning to resume training the peshmerga at the end of Ramadan. Most of our coaches are from Italy, Hungary and Finland, and these are ready to return."
