[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / President of Al-Nasr Coalition, Haider Al-Abadi, suggested the success of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi in his task of forming the government.
Al-Abadi said in a televised statement, "The poor decision-making by political leaders in certain periods gave an opportunity for Baghdad to be an arena for regional and international conflicts.
" He added, that external pressure at the present time is much less than the previous one, especially in the matter of forming a government, due to the preoccupation The scholar of the Corona epidemic, this returned a golden opportunity for the political blocs to form the government without external interference
.
He continued, Al-Kazemi continues his consultations with the political blocs and offered his ministerial cabinet equally to them, not to a bloc at the expense of another, noting that the list of names of the booth that were leaked in the media, most of them are correct and a small part of them are inaccurate.
He explained that the electoral process requires that the blocs form the government, stressing that the electoral system in Iraq does not recognize the largest bloc, but rather a group of blocs that constitute the majority forming the government.
Al-Abadi attributed the reason for the fact that the blocs agreed not to nominate the prime minister to the upcoming elections, because the government is temporary preparing the ground for early elections, in addition to reducing doubts about tampering with the election results and using public funds for electoral advertising purposes by the prime minister.
He pointed out that Al-Kazemi confirmed that he will be the head of a transitional government, and that he does not intend to form a specific party or political line, stressing that Al-Kazemi has completed his ministerial cabinet and checked the names in it in the criminal record and accountability and justice procedures.
Concerning the popular crowd, al-Abadi said that there is a political struggle within the crowd, warning against the impact of this conflict on the military system of the crowd.
He pointed out that there are several parties that joined the crowd for the financial and political benefit, calling on the Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to undertake reforms within the crowd in order to preserve them.
On the fiscal austerity that was taken in his era, Al-Abadi stressed that there are major challenges the government faced in 2014, including the fight against terrorism and the collapse of oil prices, noting that the decisions of austerity fought the mafia of corruption that was living on state funds, despite its impact on projects.
He explained that upon his assumption of the position of prime minister in 2014 he conducted financial and administrative reforms in light of the challenges, noting that he was able to reduce the salaries of the three presidencies and special grades, as the President’s salary was 82 million dinars and it was reduced by 70%.
And that Iraq was required to contractors about 5.5 billion dollars, and it was paid in the form of payments despite the lack of financial revenues, pointing out that many projects referred before 2014 lacked economic viability, and were suspended.
He pointed out that oil prices began to improve in April of 2018, stressing that in September of the same year, money in the state treasury was estimated at $ 18 billion.
The head of the Victory Coalition called on the government to invest oil revenues in investment projects and not to consumer operating expenses. / End 9[/rtl]
