Fayhan: We filed a lawsuit against the President of the Republic and awaiting the opinion of the court

head of the Sadiqin parliamentary bloc, Adnan Fayhan, confirmed on Thursday that he had filed a lawsuit against the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, indicating that they are awaiting the opinion of the Federal Court.
"We have filed a lawsuit against Saleh and are awaiting the opinion of the Federal Court accordingly," Fayhan said in a televised interview, followed by "The Information", noting that "the Federal Court is quick with the requests of the President of the Republic and a turtle with others."
He added, "The Federal Court is affected and influenced by the circumstances of the political process and its dictates, and the Federal Court's interpretation of the larger bloc harms the Shiites a lot."
Fayhan indicated that "the Al-Fateh Alliance told the former commissioner to form the new government, Adnan Al-Zrafi, that he would not pay the price of the president's mistake in accepting the mandate." Ended / 25
