[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The legal expert, Ali Al-Tamimi, affirmed that: The delay in approving the budget is a constitutional legal violation that will enter the country into new crises.
He told the Iraqi National News Agency / NINA / that: The Financial Administration Law and Public Debt required articles 8, 10, 12 and 13 to make the budget law legislation at the end of the month of 12 of each year, indicating that the delay in approving the budget is common because the Financial Management Law requires that the budget be raised from The Council of Ministers to Parliament with time ceilings not exceeding the 12th of every year ..
He explained: This matter caused several problems because the budget defines the doors of spending in ministries, departments and institutions in addition to the Corona crisis. / End 3[/rtl]
