    The information / Baghdad ..
Member of Parliament Nada Shaker Jawdat, on Wednesday, suggested that the House of Representatives would eventually amend the Federal Court’s law, as the legislation of the new law is difficult at the time for political reasons.
Jawdat said in a statement to "the information", that "it is difficult at the present time to pass new legislation for the Federal Court law due to the existence of political intersections and that the current political atmosphere will not allow it to be passed and agree on it", stressing that "it is very difficult to achieve a quorum and vote of two-thirds."
She added that "proceeding to approve the amendment of the Federal Court Law is the closest to the vote in tomorrow's session," noting that "negotiations between political blocs will not lead to solutions despite submitting a proposal to create a post of Secretary General of the Federal Court to satisfy minorities."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted, yesterday, Tuesday, to amend the Federal Court Act sent by the Presidency of the Republic. End / 25
